The SPM WXB (Web Micro Deformation) is a measuring instrument based on the SPM technology, using micro quality or micro quantity to see changes. The main uses are in biology and chemistry fields. SPM-WXB is a stable machine and has very high sensitivity which is needed to study micro-changes. Length of experiments can last from minutes to hours with uninterrupted survey.
